<br />Approved <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, July 10, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br />Present: Chair Les Kuiper <br /> Vice-Chair Commissioner Jon Krueger <br />Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> Commissioner Richard Nelson <br /> Commissioner Bruce Thompson <br /> <br /> Commissioner Linda Broussard-Vickers <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Vacancy: One <br /> <br />Staff: Administrator Mark Statz, Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Administrator Statz made one revision to the agenda, which is adding New Business item 3, a <br />concept plan from Kennedy Property Development for Block 7. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner Broussard-Vickers to <br />Approve the Revised Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANES <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. No Parking Areas <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item, noting that downtown parking restrictions were revisited <br />after the completion of a downtown reconstruction project and there were not many changes in <br />downtown. <br /> <br />There have been a few changes in other parts of the city.
