CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />WORK SESSION & MEETING MINUTES <br />July 19, 2023 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on July 19, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING <br />NOT APPROVED <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Steve King <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There was one revision to the agenda, which is adding money market accounts under Old Business, <br />item 1. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to approve the <br />revised agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner Swenson to approve the <br />June 21, 2023, meeting minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
