City of Centerville <br />Parks and Recreation Meeting Minutes <br />March 1, 2023 <br />provided by Wargo Nature Center was a huge plus. <br />3. Council Liaison Report <br />Council Liaison King reported that Lucas Wiborg, Curtis Ventures, LLC requested and was granted a <br />reduction in Park Dedication Fees that were charged on the abutting vacant lot being leased by American <br />Roofing. He stated that they were originally charged $5,850.75 but were to be refunded $3,850.75. He <br />also stated that the Administrator's Report was a great place for Committee Members to stay abreast of <br />pertinent events, developments, etc. happening within the city. <br />VII. ACTION ITEMS STATUS/UPDATE <br />City Staff will now be updating the Action Items Listing prior to the monthly meetings. <br />VIIL ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Chairperson Errickson-Grahek to <br />adiourn the March 1, 2023 P & R meeting at 8:49 pm.
