ThedriversqueuingonMainStreetarenotemployees/agentsofthetenant,sothetenantdoesn'thavethe <br />prerogativetotellthesedriverswhattodowhiletheywait.Thetenantdoesn'thaverealtimedataintothe <br />deliverywindowssincethesearethirdpartieswhomakenoappointmentguarantees.It'slikewaitingathome <br />alldayforaFedExdeliverythat"might"arrivewithina6hourwindowtoday,tomorrow,orthefollowingday. <br />Deliveriesareunpredictable. <br />3. Thisactivityisnotoccurringonourproperty,sowehavelittleenforcementasalandlordunderthelease. <br />4. Thereisadequatespacewithintheyardtohosttrucksandunloadthem,butthenumberoftruckstaking <br />deliverysimultaneouslyisoutpacingthelabor/capacityonsite.Freightlogisticsandmaterialsupplyisstill <br />lumpy.Usersareexperiencingafamineandgluttonycyclelikewhatishappeninghere.Daysgobywhere <br />nothingarrives,andtheneverythingarrivesatonce. <br />5.
