Trucking is a complex business. Despite the inherent logiscs challenges and <br />despite how many businesses rely on them, trucks unfortunately face strict, unfavorable land use <br />regulaons and on-street parking restric$0H>"@I!"-./("$%"-!0/!12.33!NH"8$0.ng code prohibits truck parking <br />as a primary use and severely limits o-street truck parking as anaccessory use. The proposed amendment <br />/$"/I!"=./(NH"M16.0 ":M"K$J3F"M1$2.F!"8!1$"$0OH/1!!/"M16.0 "$Mons for trucks within city limit. <br />Most residenal neighborhoods have on-street parking privileges for guests or for a passerby to <br />pull over (food delivery, USPS, Amazon, etc.). This request for modest on-street parking privileges within <br />the industrial park, for the MJG3.=NH"JH!*".H"0$"F.erent.
