<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 10, <br />2023 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br /> <br /> <br />To consider amending language to City Code, Chapter 156, Zoning Code, §156.052, (B), Permitted Uses, (1), <br />Residential uses with a density between 12 and 30 units per acre. A corresponding Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment would also be required. <br /> <br />The purpose of both proposed amendments is to clarify discrepancies between City Code, the Downtown <br />Master Plan and Development Guidelines, and the Comprehensive Plan, related to densities in Mixed Use <br />Districts. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., September 29, 2023. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard or <br />may submit in writing their concerns.
