CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />Dated September 22, 2023. <br />The undersigned agree that a Purchase Agreement dated March 16, 2023 by and between City of <br />Centerville, Sellers and F&M Holdings LLC, a Minnesota limited liability, Buyer related to <br />property at 1737 Main Street, Centerville, MN is hereby cancelled and terminated. The Earnest <br />Money in connection with said Agreement is to be (check one): <br />REFUNDED TO BUYERS <br />RETAINED BY SELLERS <br />OTHER <br />and Buyer releases all rights in the property.
