Centerville Storage <br />The facility is now open for business. The developer has completed drainage corrections along the north <br />side of the facility and will continue to work on watershed permit close-out. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />The developer’s landscaping crew has begun work near the dock access area. Watershed permit closure is <br />also required, prior to release of the development securities. <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />Developer securities have been reduced to 35% of the initial project costs and will be held through the 2- <br />year warranty period, which will end in 2024. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />Work is complete.
