Rehbein Commercial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. The contractor has made recent efforts to <br />establish turf in the boulevards of the development and is working towards a close-out of their Rice Creek <br />Watershed District permit. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />Work is complete. We are working with the developer to close out the project. <br /> <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. <br /> <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />Work on the building continues as the developer works through some building code questions related to <br />HVAC. The roof is now complete and the exterior sheathing is on. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Amazon staff have been in contact with city staff regarding the possibility of a “Grand Opening” in the <br />near future. Stay tuned for details. <br /> <br />Amazon staff has also reached out to collaborate with the city and area organizations on service projects. <br />th <br />One initial idea being explored is an adoption of County Road 54 (20 Ave) and a portion of Main Street <br />th <br />between 20 Avenue and the 35E Bridge. <br /> <br />A response to the initial floodway modeling submittal has now been received from FEMA.
