Rehbein Commercial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. The contractor has made recent efforts to <br />establish turf in the boulevards of the development and is working towards a close-out of their Rice Creek <br />Watershed District permit. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />Work is complete. The roof is now complete and the exterior sheathing is on. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Amazon staff have been in contact with city staff regarding the possibility of a “Grand Opening” in the <br />near future.
