City Code for the M-1 <br />and M-2 districts both begin by saying that the intent of the zoning districts is to implement the Downtown <br />Master Plan. However, the code lists a density range for each district as 12-30 units per acre. he Downtown <br />Master Plan only has this range listed for the M-1 district.
