We are working with the developer to close out the project. <br /> <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. <br /> <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The city and developer were able to work <br />through some HVAC issues and <br />construction on the building contuse with <br />exterior block work and internal plumbing <br />and electrical. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />The facility is now up and running and is building towards full capacity operations. <br /> <br />FEMA has been working directly with the consultant on final issues related to the floodplain modeling. <br />We anticipate approval of the floodplain impacts shortly.
