CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />VACANCY: One <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There were a couple of changes to the agenda. The presentation honoring Steve King was <br />rescheduled for next month, and discussion on the October EDA meeting date was added under <br />New Business item 2. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by President Remillard to approve the revised <br />agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />
