C4,teryifle <br />EstabhAwd 1SS7 <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Randy Lauderbaugh <br />WHEREAS, it is the privilege of Centerville citizens to recognize the public service of <br />Randy Lauderbaugh who joined the Centennial Fire Department January 1978, as a firefighter; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Randy was a key member of the Fire Department and during his tenure, <br />served as Firefighter, and Captain <br />WHEREAS, Randy was certified at the Firefighter 11 level, Paramedic level and <br />WHEREAS, Captain Lauderbaugh completed numerous specialized training courses and <br />seminars about various areas of firefighting and emergency medical care, and <br />WHEREAS, during his years of service, Randy transitioned his career with Centerville <br />Fire as the Centennial Fire District was formed. He served the community in a variety of roles <br />throughout his career including Captain, Training Officer, and mentor to new and up and coming <br />firefighters. He received several commendations in recognition of his commitment to fire <br />protection and the community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Centerville acknowledges, <br />with sincere appreciation, the dedicated and loyal service of Captain Randy Lauderbaugh who <br />retired on June 6, 2021 after 45 years of service to the citizens of our City. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, 1 have hereunto set <br />my hand and caused the Seal of the City of <br />Centerville to be affixed on this 25' day of <br />October 2023 <br />D.
