THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. /3 <br />SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE CHAPTER 156 ZONING CODE <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1, That Section 156.052 Mixed Use Neighborhood District (M-2) shall be <br />amended, as follows: <br />(A)Purpose. 1t is intended that the M-2 District implement the "Master Plan and <br />Development Guidelines for Downtown Centerville," adopted by the City Council on <br />January 11, 2006 ("The Redevelopment Plan") and provide for higher density residential <br />uses and accessory retain and office uses to complement the adjoining M-1 District and <br />existing neighborhoods. The M-2 District correlates to the "Downtown Neighborhood" <br />designation in the Redevelopment Plan. <br />(B) Permitted Uses. See Table 156-A.1 <br />(1) Residential uses with a density between '-�-3-0 12 and 45 units per acre. <br />(2) Ground level retail or offices. <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance takes effect upon its adoption and publication. <br />ADOPTED after a first reading on the 1 lth day of October 2023, and thereafter by a [unanimous] <br />vote of the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, this 25th day of <br />October 2023. <br />D.
