CENTERVILLE CARES <br />Resources for Veterans <br />We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the veterans who have <br />served this country. We thank you for your time, bravery and sacrifice, for <br />which we will be forever grateful. We hope that you will partake in the many <br />veterans day ceremonies in the area. <br />We would also like to let veterans know that there are many resources available, and we have professionals <br />in the area who can help. In Anoka County, veterans can contact a County Veteran Services Officers <br />(CVSO’s) who can assist help veterans and their families undertand state and federal benefits. To learn more <br />about Veterans Services click here. <br />ENGINEERING <br />th <br />20Avenue (CSAH 54) Corridor Study <br />The technical advisory panel for the corridor studywill be meeting in early December to review public input <br />and formulate design concepts. <br />PARKS& RECREATION <br />nd <br />2Annual Trunk or Treat & Halloween Hustle 5K <br />It was a very cold Saturday morning on October 28, 2023, but the <br />2nd Annual event took place and many families participated. Thank <br />you to the Centennial Fire District, Centennial Lakes Police <br />Department, M-Health Fairview Ambulance Service, Rehbein <br />Transit, Inc., the City of Centerville Public Works, the Scouts, <br />Centerville Lions and all of the businesses that participated. The <br />Community Education Hustle had 171 runners with 20 volunteers for <br />their event. Mayor D. Love made an appearance and spoke with <br />many participants. <br /> <br />
