It incorporates the City's wishes and available funding for base <br />funding, drop-off grant, general enhancement grant, additional grant funding and labor and staff funding. The <br />documents are cumbersome but it outlines their annual agreement with the City, requirements, state statutes, <br />with page 33 breaking down eligible amounts/awarded amounts.
