City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />July 12, 2023 <br />Junior Council Member Rowan stated that the AP test scores were released last week and if you <br />took the test and are interested in your score, you can go and check them out. <br /> <br />a. Taylor – <br /> Parks & Recreation - Council Member Taylor gave no report. <br /> <br />b. Koski – <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission – Council Member Koski stated that he was absent <br />during the Planning & Zoning meeting. Administrator Statz reported that the Commission <br />reviewed two site plans for Block 7. One being a townhome development similar to the <br />previous proposal from Centra Homes by Lennar Homes and a proposed apartment <br />building from Kennedy Property Development (37 unit, 3 story). He stated that these <br />would be forwarded to Council for their next work session for discussion. He reported the <br />the Commission also discussed no parking areas but allowing semi-trailer parking on the <br />south side of Commerce Drive. He anticipated that the item would be forwarded to <br />Council. <br /> Fire Steering Committee – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br /> <br />c. King – <br /> Economic Development Authority – Council Member King gave no report. <br /> Fire Steering Committee – Council Member King gave no report. <br /> Parks & Recreation Committee – Council Member King gave no report. <br /> Fire Protection Council – Council Member King gave no report. <br /> <br />d. Mosher – <br /> Economic Development Authority – Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br /> Police Governing Board – Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Love – Mayor Love stated that Fete des Lacs was in full swing and he is looking forward to seeing <br />everyone there. <br /> North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Love gave no report. <br /> Police Governing Board – Mayor Love gave no report. <br /> Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Love gave no report. <br /> <br />XI.
