Centerville 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />T HE H OUSING L ANDSCAPE <br />In 2016 there were approximately 1,357 housing units within the City of <br />Centerville, made up of a variety of different single and multifamily units. <br />Housing is the dominant land use in Centerville, making up 42 percent of the <br />area of the city. <br />Housing Unit Types <br />Single family detached is by far the most dominant type of housing unit within <br />the Centerville and requires the most land per household.
