Centerville2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />C APITAL I MPROVEMENT P ROGRAM <br />The City will annually update a five-year capital improvements program which identifies <br />major capital expenditures consistent with the Plan. The program includes public and <br />private investments in infrastructure, park and trail development expenditures, <br />infrastructure repair and replacement, building maintenance and repair and other <br />planned capital expenditures.
