ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Mayor Love stated that they would reorganize the agenda with discussion of the Capital Improvement <br />Plans Update, Item #2 being discussed first. <br /> <br />1. Capital Improvement Plans Update <br /> <br />Finance Director DeJong reviewed the information contained in the packet for Council. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding taking a slow and steady approach, holding off on street projects with annual <br />reviews and fund distribution from the CityÓs Water and Sewer Funds accounting for Capital Equipment <br />expenses. <br /> <br />2.
