COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 23- i, ? <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET AND TAX LEVIES FOR 2024 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given input to staff regarding the 2024 General Fund Budget and Property <br />Tax Levy at several work sessions in 2023; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the final city budget is hereby adopted as follows: <br />General Fund <br />$3,357,584 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following sums of money be transmitted to Anoka County for <br />purposes of a final property tax levy for purposes of the Truth in Taxation property taxes notice for the <br />following purposes: <br />General Fund Levy $2,723,983 <br />Debt Service Levies: <br />Anoka Co 33 - Fund 302 — 2016 GO Cable TV Capital Note $0 <br />Anoka Co 34 - Fund 351 — 2016A GO Special Assrnt Refunding 209,098 <br />Anoka Co 35 — Fund 353 — 2021A GO Sl;;reecial Assrnt Refunding 99,24Q <br />Total Debt Levy $308,338 <br />Total Tax Levy 3 0$_�32 321 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that because sufficient funds have been irrevocably deposited into the debt <br />service fund, the following levy amounts are hereby cancelled: <br />Anoka Co 33 - Fund 302 — 2016 GO Cable TV Capital Note $7,631.23 <br />Anoka Co 34 - Fund 351 — 2016A GO Special Assmt Refunding 15,000.49 <br />Anoka Co 35 Fund 353 - 2021A GO S41,ecial Assmt Refunding 15 11 <br />QQO OQ <br />Total Cancelled Levy S37,631,72 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the county auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota along with all required documentation. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 13th day of December, 2023. <br />Mayor, D.
