This may include <br />the strip of land on the northern border of the site, and/or <br />previously vacated portions of Westview Street as to be <br />determined by Anoka County Plats and Records, Anoka <br />County Surveyor, and/or the Anoka County District Court. <br /> Developer responsible for examination, design, and <br />construction of sewer, water, and stormwater connections and <br />capacity to serve the Development Property.
