The regularly scheduled meeting commences at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />This meeting is closed pursuant to Minnesota Statue 13D.05, subd. 3.a, to evaluate the performance <br />of an individual subject to the City Council’s authority. <br /> <br />The meeting is closed to the public.
