CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br />II. ROLL CALL <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis, Finance <br />Director, Bruce DeJong, Council Member Raye Taylor <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />VACANCY: One <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There were a couple of revisions to the agenda. Check #1064 was voided. Check # 1065 was added. <br />Item 8.3 Review of Banking Account Information was moved up on the agenda to be discussed <br />with the financial report. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the revised <br />agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />
