Resolution #23-0XX - Adopting the 2024 Pay and Benefits Plan <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented, answering questions the council had about <br />the origin and calculation of the pay plan and step increases. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Mayor Love to adopt Resolution #23-034 - <br />Adopting the Pay and Benefits Plan as presented. Councilmember Sweeney abstained, <br />Councilmember Mosher, Councilmember Koski and Mayor Love voted in favor. <br />Councilmember Taylor (non-voting). Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. Escrow Releases <br />a. Hunter’s Crossing <br />b. Guys and Dolls, LLC <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented. There was one motion for the two <br />requests. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to release the <br />escrows. Councilmember Sweeney, Councilmember Mosher, Councilmember Koski and <br />Mayor Love voted in favor. Councilmember Taylor (non-voting). Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. Council Retreat Schedule <br /> <br />Assistant Administrator Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to schedule the <br />council retreat on February 3, 2024, from 8-1pm. Councilmember Sweeney, Councilmember <br />Mosher, Councilmember Koski and Mayor Love voted in favor. Councilmember Taylor (non- <br />voting). Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. Tobacco/3.2 Liquor License Renewal <br />a. Center Market <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet. The owner was present to <br />answer questions for the council. The owner expressed regret for the incident involving the sale <br />of regulated products to an underage person. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to renew the <br />license with the condition that the applicant complete alcohol compliance training by <br />January 30, 2024, and that the owner investigate getting scanning equipment for their <br />facility. Councilmember Sweeney, Councilmember Mosher, Councilmember Koski and <br />Mayor Love voted in favor. Councilmember Taylor (non-voting). Motion carried. <br /> <br />8. City Meeting Calendar <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />
