Memorandum <br />Date: January 30, 2024 <br />To: Honorable Chair and Commissioners <br /> City of Centerville <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br />From: Mark Statz, PE Î City Administrator/Engineer <br />Subject: Permitted Uses Evaluation Î Max Storage <br />About a year ago, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approved a <br />Conditional Use Permit for a <br />development known as ÐMax StorageÑ. <br />The development consisted of two <br />buildings, each with 8 bays available for <br />rent as storage units, with other uses <br />allowed as explained below. The bays <br />each have a large overhead door and a <br />person-door access. The spaces are <br />large enough to accommodate multiple <br />vehicles, including dock-trucks or <br />similar equipment. They also contain a <br />restroom, floor drain, heat and a few <br />other amenities. <br />The recorded Conditional Use Permit <br />says: <br /> <br /> <br />
