CENTENNIAL LAKES POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />Retirement of Corporal Krueger <br />Longtime member of the Centennial Lakes <br />Police Department and Centerville resident, <br />Jon Krueger retired from the force on <br />th <br />November 17 <br />. Many friends, family, <br />coworkers, and civic leaders showed up to <br />honor JonÓs long career during a gathering at <br />the police headquarters in Circle Pines. <br />While Jon will be greatly missed on our <br />police department, we know he will continue <br />to serve his community. Jon is a member of <br />the cityÓs Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Police Governing Board <br />A special meeting of the Police Governing <br />Board has been called for December 11 to <br />review a tentative agreement put forward by <br />the union and the Police Operations <br />Committee. <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DISTRICT <br />WeÓre Hiring <br />WeÓre hiring! The effort <br />raised over $600 in cash, 1900 lbs of food and <br />11, 6-foot long tables full of toys. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />Kennedy Property Development <br />Based on direction from the City Council, staff <br />is negotiating a purchase agreement with the <br />prospective developer. <br /> <br />1737 Main Street (Block 3) <br />Staff and realtor, Mike Brass have been discussing the site with a potential developer looking to site a mixed <br />use building on the small parcel.
