It <br />was a successful review with the Council seeking to improve his annual salary to $138,000 and a $600 <br />reimbursement for use of his personal cell phone for work. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />$138,000 salary + $600 phone allowance.
