<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 4, <br />2024 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br /> <br /> <br />To consider amending language to City Code, Chapter 156, Zoning Code, §156.016, Rural Residential District <br />(R-1); §156.017, High-Density Single-Family Residential District (R-2A); §156.018, Single-Family Residential <br />District (R-2); §156.019, Single-Family Manufactured Housing District (R-4); §156.020, Single-Family <br />Residential – Estate District (R-5); §156.021, High-Density Multi-Family Residential District (R-3); Appendix <br />A (Table 1: District Regulations Lot and Yard Requirements & Table 156-A.1 District Allowed Uses). <br /> <br />The purpose of the changes is to clarify discrepancies between the code and tables and to address concurrence <br />with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., February 23, 2024. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard or <br />may submit in writing their concerns.
