THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. J33 <br />SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE CHAPTER 91 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. That Section 91.04 shall be amended, as follows: <br />(G)All noxious weeds as referenced in M.S. §§ 18.75 - 18.88 and promulgated in Minnesota <br />Rules, as may be amended from time to time, located on public or private property. The <br />terms WEEDS and RANK VEGETATION includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br />(4) Any grass, weeds or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers or other ornamental <br />plants growing to a height exceeding eight inches that are not Bart ol'a manored natural <br />landscave as defined in state statute 412925; <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance takes effect upon its adoption and publication. <br />ADOPTED after a first reading on the 25th day of October 2023, and thereafter by a [unanimous] <br />vote of the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, this 8th day of <br />Novemberr 2023. <br />D.
