COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 24- J,O <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMISSION OF <br />CHARITABLE GAMBLING ANNUAL REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, The City of Centerville receives 10% of the net proceeds from charitable gambling operations <br />from the Centennial Youth Hockey Association; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require those proceeds to be spent only for authorized purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has designated Park and Recreation and Fete des Lacs expenditures to meet the <br />requirements of item 7; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved the form LG510 as presented by staff, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br />The City Council hereby authorizes city staff to submit Form LG510 to the Minnesota Gambling <br />Control Board as presented. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 28th day of February, 2024. <br />Mayor, D.
