Old Mill Estates <br />Third Addition <br />Old Mill Estates consist of approximately 20 acres of land on Old Mill Road in <br />Centerville. It has been subdivided into two plats (see below). All the lots have <br />been sold except Lot 8 and 80% of the homes are built. The third addition is 4 <br />lots, 3 of which sit back inside a wetland area on large lots (see below). This <br />proposed plat was always part of the whole plan for the land. Utility services <br />were stubbed out to service this area without removing any part of the street. <br />The homes will be $600,000 and up. We plan to start construction in June of <br />2024. <br />The Property is owned by Elmcrest Vistas. <br /> <br />Above is the first and second addition of Old Mill Estates <br /> <br />
