THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORD. #___, Second Series <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CITYÓS ZONING CODE TO AMEND TABLE <br />(156-A.1) OF DISTRICT ALLOWED USES <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. Ordinance Adopted. <br />That Table 156-A.1 District Uses, in Appendix A of the Centerville Zoning Code shall be amended as <br />follows: <br />Under ÐHousehold Living UsesÑ across from the ÐSingle-family attached dwellings up to <br />two units per building,Ñ a ÐPÑ is added in the R2A category, indicating that single-family <br />nits per building are allowed in the R2A zoning district. <br />attached dwellings up to two u <br />Under ÐHousehold Living Uses,Ñ across from ÐSingle-family attached or detached dwellings <br />where in combination with multi-family dwellings on the development property meet the <br />district density goal,Ñ a ÐPUDÑ is added in the M1 and M2 zoning districts, indicating the <br />use is allowed in the downtown M1 and M2 zoning districts in the city. <br />Under ÐCommercial UsesÑ across from Ðeating and drinking establishments,Ñ a ÐPUDÑ is <br />added to the M1 and M2 zoning districts, indicating the use is allowed in the downtownM1 <br />and M2 zoning districts. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
