<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (ÐAgreementÑ) made this _____ day of <br />_______________ 2024, by and between Alexander Haffke and Kylie Haffke, hereinafter all of <br />these parties are jointly referred to as ÐGrantorÑ, and the PUBLIC, and CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />as Grantee, hereinafter these parties are jointly referred to as ÐCityÑ. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT <br /> <br /> The Grantor, in consideration of the additional sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br />and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City, the receipt and sufficiency of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the City, its successors and assigns, <br />forever, a perpetual easement for the purposes described below, over, across, on, under, and <br />through land situated within the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, referred herein as the <br />ÐPermanent Easement Premises,Ñ and legally described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 9, Block 3 Center Oaks, Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND, GRANTING AN EASEMENT for the purpose of drainage, and the placement of utilities, <br />bridges, or other facilities to allow drainage or flow over the south 20 feet of Lot 9, Block 3 of <br />Center Oaks, and to allow passage over said drainage easement. <br /> <br />SAID EASEMENTS INCLUDING the rights of the City, its contractors, agents, servants, and <br />assigns, to enter upon the Permanent Easement Premises at all reasonable times to construct, <br />Grant of Permanent Easement | Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
