agreement sets a deadline of June 1, 2024 for the city to complete this study and declare <br />the need. If, by that date, the city has not made this need declaration, the easement is <br />abandoned. <br />The attached Corridor Study has now been finalized and concludes that a need for the <br />easement exists to facilitate a realignment of Fairview Street, such that it lines up with <br />th <br />Center Street, across 20Avenue (CSAH 54), making a safer and more efficient <br />intersection. <br />Staff isrequesting that the Council review the report and consider adoption of the <br />attached resolution, declaring the need for the easement and authorizing staff to <br />communicate this need to Amazon, preserving our rights to the easement. <br /> <br />
