CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Administrator Statz added a presentation from the new owner of the company who owns the <br />th <br />property at 7353 20 Ave. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to Approve the <br />Revised Agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. None <br /> <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANES <br /> <br />th <br />1. Bill Bergeson, the new owner of the company who owns 7353 20 Avenue, addressed the <br />Commission, noting that he would like to keep the property as a long-term rental. He plans <br />to make vast improvements to the rental, and they would like to create a duplex out of the <br />existing structures on the site. Currently there is a primary residence and a garage. To allow <br />a duplex on this site, the property would need to be rezoned from R2 to R2A. Administrator <br />Statz advised that the applicant prepare a concept plan along with a narrative to bring back <br />to the Commisssion for consideration. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
