City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />December 5, 2023 <br /> <br />redevelopment and affordable housing. The Commission would like the council to consider the <br />preparation of another Comprehensive Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />VIII. APPROVAL OF MIN UTES <br />1. October 10, 2023, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve <br />the October 10, 2023, Planning and Zoning Commission minutes. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATES <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br />Council member Koski congratulated Acting Chair Krueger on his retirement after twenty-seven <br />years of service with Centennial Police Department. Council member Koski noted that he was <br />weighing the cost of adding residents to get to population 5,000, noting that there are pluses and <br />minuses to doing this. He attended the Anoka County Local Government meeting, and there were <br />several updates, including the retirement of the county administrator. <br /> <br />2. Administrator’s Report <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner Broussard-Vickers to <br />adjourn the meeting at 9:14 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
