February 6, 2024, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by Commissioner Kalina to approve the <br />February 6, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission minutes. Commissioner Kalina, <br />Commissioner Nelson and Commissioner Olson in favor. Commissioner Thompson <br />abstained. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br />Council member Koski thanked Linda Broussard-Vickers for her years of service to the <br />community. He also thanked the three candidates for the two vacant seats on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Administrator’s Report <br />City Administrator Statz reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />X.
