<br />(d) Anticipated starting and completion date of each land-disturbing activity including the <br />installation of construction site erosion control measures needed to meet the requirements <br />of this chapter. <br /> <br />(3) Plan of final site conditions. A plan of final site conditions on the same scale as the existing site <br />map showing the site changes including: <br /> <br />(a) Finished grading contours at the same interval as provided above or as required to clearly <br />indicate the relationship of changes from existing topography and remaining features <br />with additional submission of an as-built; <br /> <br />(b) A drainage plan of the developed site delineating in which direction and at what rate <br />stormwater will be conveyed from the site and setting forth the areas of the site where <br />stormwater will be allowed to collect; <br /> <br />(c) The proposed size, alignments and intended use of any structures to be erected on the <br />site; and <br /> <br />(d) A clear delineation and tabulation of all areas which shall be paved or surfaced, including <br />a description of the surfacing material to be used. <br /> <br />(4) Copy of MPCA permit number for discharging stormwater from construction activity (MN <br />R100001); and <br /> <br />(5) Copy of Rice Creek Watershed permit and submittal information. <br /> <br />Ord. #79, adopted 03/09/2005 <br />§ 157.16 REVIEW PROCESS. <br /> <br />(A) Process. Stormwater pollution prevention plans meeting the requirements of § 155.15 and minimum <br />BMP requirements of § 155.17 will be reviewed by the City Administrator or designee who may <br />approve, approve with conditions, or deny the stormwater pollution prevention plan. If the stormwater <br />pollution prevention plan is part of a large subdivision, the city may require the SWPPP be reviewed by <br />the City Engineer. Following Planning and Zoning Commission action, the stormwater pollution <br />prevention plan shall be submitted to the City Council. City Council action on the stormwater pollution <br />prevention plan must be accomplished within 120 days following the date the application for approval is <br />filed with the city. <br /> <br />(B) Duration. Approval of a plan submitted under the provisions of this chapter shall expire one year after <br />the date of approval unless construction has commenced in accordance with the plan. However, if prior <br />to the expiration of the approval, the applicant makes a written request to the city for an extension of <br />time to commence construction, setting forth the reason for the requested extension, the city may grant <br />406 |Page <br /> <br />
