<br />motorizedrecreationaluses,arenotconsideredimpervioussurfaces.Sidewalksthatareparalleltoa
<br />roadway(orgenerallyfollowingalongsidearoadway)muststillbeincludedasimpervioussurfaces.

<br />"NationalPollutantDischargeEliminationSystem(NPDES)"meanstheprogramforissuing,
<br />modifying,revoking,reissuing,terminating,monitoring,andenforcingpermitsundertheClean
<br />WaterAct,asamended(33U.S.C.1251etseq.Section1342and40CFRparts122,123,124and
<br />450).
<br />"NaturalBuffer"meansanareaofundisturbedcoversurroundingsurfacewaterswithinwhich
<br />constructionactivitiesarerestricted.Naturalbufferincludesthevegetation,exposedrock,orbarren
<br />groundthatexistspriortocommencementofearthdisturbingactivities.
<br />"NormalWettedPerimeter"meanstheareaofaconveyance,suchasaditchorchannel,thatisin
<br />contactwithwaterduringfloweventsthatareexpectedtooccurfromatwoyear,24hourstorm
<br />event.
