<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 8, 2024 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled City <br />Council Meeting on May 8, 2024, in Council Chambers and the meeting was live streamed by North <br />Metro TV at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor D. Love <br />Approved <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher <br />Council Member Terry Sweeney <br /> <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Raye Taylor <br />Junior Council Member Avery Sauber (Non-Voting) <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br /> Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Sweeney, seconded by Council Member Mosher to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. Roll Call: Mayor Love, Council Member Sweeney, Mosher, Koski and <br />Taylor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENT/PRESENTATION/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />th <br />1. CSAH 54 (20 Avenue) Corridor Study Preliminary Findings – Matt Pacyna – TC^2 <br /> <br />Mr. Pacyna introduced himself to Council and provided a review of his presentation. He stated that with <br />the recent development of Amazon (transportation study funding), Sutton Transport and Kwik Trip <br />along with several other proposals for development along the roadway, a more comprehensive future <br />vision for the roadway was needed. He stated that the improvements would likely happen within 5-10 <br /> <br />
