()- <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 18 <br />9 <br /> <br />DISTRIBUTION OF SUBSTANDARD BUILDINGS <br /> <br />Two of the three primary structures (non-out buildings) within the district were <br />found to be structurally substandard. One is on the north side of Westview <br />Street, the other on the south side of Westview Street. The buildings are <br />reasonably distributed throughout the district. <br /> <br />Team Credentials <br /> <br />Paul Palzer – Mr. Palzer is a licensed building official and is the City of <br />Centerville’s head building official. He has more than 20 years of experience as <br />a building inspector. <br /> <br />Dan Schmitz – Mr. Schmitz is a licensed building inspector and is employed by <br />Inspection Report <br />the City of Centerville as a building inspector. He has over 10 years of <br />experience as a building inspector. <br /> <br />Mark Statz, PE – Mr. Statz is a professional engineer, licensed in the state of <br />Minnesota (Lic. #42717). He is the designated City Engineer and also holds the <br />position of City Administrator.
