The <br />next building may contain fewer, larger units. Staff and the developer are working through the potential <br />changes to the project plans. <br /> <br />Rehbein Commercial <br />Developer securities have been received by the city for 35% of the initial project costs and will be held <br />through the 2-year warranty period, which will end in 2024. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />The city council approved a reduction in the developmentÓs security, with the final escrow release coming <br />at the end of the 2-year warranty period (Dec. Several minor punch <br />list items remain. <br /> <br />Drilling Estates <br />City Council approved the Preliminary and Final Plats for Drilling Estates at the May 22 City Council <br />meeting.
