CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />June 24, 2024 <br />Planning & Zoning <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Preliminary Plat & Planned Unit Development - Peltier Estates <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At thehe Planning Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat and conditional use <br />permit (CUP) for a planned unit development (PUD) for Peltier Estates, along with findings of fact and <br />conditions. taff requested the following : <br />HOA documents, development agreement, easements, and the PUD/CUP andhas not heard <br />back from the applicant. Staff sent a letter extending the deadline 60 days to July 7, 2024 for review of the <br />which coincides with the deadline for review of the preliminary plat. Since staff has not heard back from the <br />applicant, an email advising that a 60 day extension from the applicant is required to extend the deadline for <br />review of both the and preliminary plat.
