Per State Statute, the city has two separate <br />deadlines to approve or deny the CUP/PUD and ¯±¤«¨¬¨­ ±¸ ¯« ³  ¯¯«¨¢ ³¨®­² ȟ ΕΏ £ ¸² ¥®± ³§¤ <br />PUD zoning request per MN Statute 15.99, 120 days for the preliminary plat per MN Statute <br />462.358 Subd. 3b. <br />The city received your application on March 8, 2024. The 60-day deadline for final action on the <br />05$ȝ#50 ¨² - ¸ ΗǾ ΑΏΑΓ ȟ ³§¤ ¢¨³¸ ¶¨«« ¤·³¤­£ ¨³² ±¤µ¨¤¶ ¥®±  ­®³§¤± ΕΏ £ ¸²Ǿ ¶§¨¢§ ¨² *´«¸ ΖǾ <br />2024.
