CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Krueger called the regular meeting to order at 6:37p.m. <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was revised to add public comments under V.1 Award, Presentations, Appearances. <br />The variance concept review for 7021 LaMotte Drive Î Driveway Width was moved to V.2. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson seconded by Commissioner Nelson to Approve the <br />Agenda as revised. Public Comments <br />Nancy Golden Î 1654 Lakeland Circle <br />Ms. Golden addressed the Planning and Zoning Commission, noting that over the last eight months she <br />has been engaged with the Planning and Zoning Commission, Council, and committees, and she has <br />realized that the city has conflicting documents, which are a source of frustration for the Planning <br />Commission, Council, residents and likely developers.
