City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />July 9, 2024 <br /> <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet, noting that per the <br />CommissionÓs By-Laws a budget is supposed to be submitted to the city council. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson seconded by Commissioner McCabe to submit the <br />budget to the city council as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />4. Scheduling of Special Work Session of the P&Z Commission Î City Bus Tour <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet, advising that staff will need to <br />post notice of a potential quorum if everyone wants to attend. Administrator Statz also noted that the <br />stops for the tour will be posted, so people can follow the bus. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. June 4, 2024, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet. Commissioner Nelson, noting <br />the length of the minutes, requested the minutes be reviewed next month. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by Commissioner Kalina to approve the June <br />4m, 2024 minutes next month. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br />1. Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Koski announced that the Fire Steering Committee meeting will meet on July <br />thth <br />18 and that Fete des Lacs will kick begin on July 16. Council Member Koski also thanked the <br />Commissioners for the work they do. <br />2. AdministratorÓs Report <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />V.
