stnd <br />OldMill Estates 1 <br /> and 2 Additions <br />The development security has been reduced to $20,000, pending receipt of approval from the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District of the final wetland delineation. <br /> <br />rd <br />Old Mill Estates 3 Addition <br />rd <br />The developer of Old Mill Estates is proposing a 3Addition concept that went before the Planning & <br />th <br />Zoning Commission for a “Concept Review” at their March 4, meeting. This subdivision was always a <br />stnd <br />part of the discussion when Old Mill Estates (1 and 2 Additions) was platted. However, the developer <br />needed more time to work out wetland and power line easement issues. With some of those issues more in <br />hand, the proposed subdivision would break up Lot 8, Block 2, into 4 lots (3 new lots). <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />A developer met with city staff on 7/23 to discuss a townhome style development. They were excited to <br />hear the news that a moratorium was not placed on development in the downtown. They are continuing their <br />investigation of the site and should submit a proposal to the city soon. <br /> <br />1737 Main Street (Block 3) <br />No recent activity. <br /> <br />Max Storage <br />The developer submitted plans for their second building this week. City building officials are reviewing <br />them. The plans are also being submitted to the state for plumbing review. <br /> <br />2062 Fairview Street – Design House Greetings <br />Design House Greetings is considering a second building to expand their current operation in Centerville. <br />A concept plan was reviewed at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on September 3. A formal <br />Site Plan Review application is anticipated in the coming weeks. <br /> <br />Kwik Trip <br />The city council approved a reduction in the development’s security, with the final escrow release coming <br />at the end of the 2-year warranty period (Dec. ’24) <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />At the last City Council meeting, final payment of outstanding claims was authorized.
