<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The City of Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, <br />at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter <br />on the following matter: <br />OWNER/APPLICANT: Olson Trustee Coranzon <br />ADDRESS: 7214 LaValle Drive <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 10, Block 1 Bay View Villas <br />APPLICATION: Variance Request <br />The applicant desires to remove and replace the existing asphalt driveway that has access to the rear of the <br />principal structureÓs tuck under garage and extend it to the roadway (LaValle Drive). The existing driveway does <br />not extend to the roadway (LaValle Drive). The applicant is requesting the variance due to City Code, Chapter <br />156.166, (M), Permitted driveways for residential uses, (7) not allowing for two driveways on one parcel. <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Request for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be received <br />before 4 p.m., September 23, 2024.
