CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Krueger called the regular meeting to order at 6:30p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />Present: <br />Commissioner Richard Nelson <br />Not Approved <br />Commissioner Dawn Kalina <br />Commissioner Jon Krueger <br />Commissioner Jeannie Seppala <br />Vice-Chair Darrell (DJ) Olson <br />Absent: <br />Commissioner Bruce Thompson <br />Commissioner Matthew McCabe <br />Staff: <br />City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br />Council: <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was revised to add public comments under Awards, Presentations, and Appearances. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kalina seconded by Commissioner Nelson to Approve the <br />Agenda as revised. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. None <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANCES <br />1. Public Comments <br />Nancy Golden Î 1654 Lakeland Circle <br />Ms. Golden addressed the Planning and Zoning Commission and stated that she understands that the <br />upcoming public hearing on cleaning up inconsistencies in the City Code and Downtown Master Plan <br />is mandatory, but she wants to know if current staff and council will listen to what citizens are saying. <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br />
